Every year SJSC “State Real Estate” develops several real estate objects that are important for the society of Latvia. SJSC “State Real Estate” apply the forms of contracts approved by the International Federation of Engineering Consultants (FIDIC — Fédération Internationale Des Ingénieurs-Conseils) in the implementation of its development projects, adjusting them individually on a project-by-project basis. SJSC “State Real Estate” has developed standardised special provisions for the Greens, Red and Yellow Books of The FIDIC Agreement and is available here.
The SJSC “State Real Estate” notes that the special rules laid down in each procurement procedure may different from those published here, and these agreements rules have been published only for informational purposes and performers have no right to refer to those rules which establish or might establish specific rights or obligations between the parties
