Development of construction plan documentation, author supervision and construction works


The aim of the project is to restore the facade and windows and also to replace the roof of the building at Elizabetes iela 57, as well as to legalise the illegally constructed volume.

Not only will the roof and facade of the building be restored, lightning protection will be arranged, but also the legalisation of roof windows will be completed and the construction project will be approved by the Construction board. A construction project for the dismantling of balconies will also be developed and approved by the Construction board.

Thus, the operating conditions of the building will be improved after the completion of the works.

Within the framework of the project, it is planned to restore the wooden windows of the building, replace the roof and repair the facade, including insulation of the brand wall. Taking into account the fact that the building has a certain status as the “Historic Centre of Riga”, the mentioned works will significantly improve the visual condition and energy efficiency of the building, as well as the restoration of existing windows will help to ensure an appropriate microclimate in customer premises.
